Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Examia. Because our product consists of digital content delivered immediately, our refund policy is governed by the terms of our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
1. Consent to Immediate Performance
By purchasing a subscription or digital access to Examia, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the Service. You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from this Agreement once the transmission of the digital content has begun or you have accessed the generation features of the Service.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a technical defect prevents or unreasonably delays the delivery of the Product and we are unable to resolve it.
- Duplicate Transactions: Accidental double charges for the same subscription plan.
Paddle reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
3. Subscriptions
- You may cancel your Paid Subscription at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Paddle Support or email us at [Your Email]. For sales tax or VAT refunds, you must contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction and provide a valid tax code.
